STEM Olympiad Categories

There are two main Categories based on student's grade.

Junior STEM Olympiad

Eligibility: Grade 3 ,4

Year: 4,5

Intermediate STEM Olympiad

Eligibility: Grade 5,6,7

Year: 6,7,8

Dubai STEM Olympiad Event Timeline

The events are in the following order.
Registration

  • Registration begins in November 2024.

  • Interested students can register at their respective schools for the event.

  • Students who cannot register at the school can express their interest by filling the Registration Form.

STEM Olympiad Main Event

  • This event will be conducted on  14th June 2025.

  • The students who qualify will participate in this event.

  • Students will be challenged to solve a Real World problem through the use of STEM concepts.

  • They will demonstrate a working model/Prototype of their idea to the judges.

Qualifying Round

  • This is an online Test.

  • This test will be conducted on 19th April 2025.

  • Students from over 50 schools will take part in the test.

  • The Event will challenge students on preliminary Math, Science, Vocabulary, and General Knowledge.
